The Mystery of the missing carrots! Wilbur and Luki, Guinea Pig Detective Duo! by Paige

Wilbur and Luki were sitting in their office. They were very bored and tired. Then, their assistant, Olive, the Gerbil came rushing into their office saying “Boss! Boss! All the carrots in the Carrot Market have disappeared!" Wilbur and Luki got up and went to the Carrot Market. When they got there they looked everywhere, under the stand, in the stand, under the stand again, and all around it.

Then, Luki saw something! Some footprints! Wilbur and Luki followed the footprints to a house. Then a goman (A guinea pig woman) came running out of the house and said that all her carrots have been stolen! Wilbur and Luki went around the house and saw the footprints going out of the back door.

They followed the footprints to a dark alleyway that led to an abandoned home. Wilbur opened the door and it did a loud, CREEEAAAK! They went in and saw… The Easter Bunny! He was tied up in a chair. Wilbur went running over to help him and Luki went to go investigate the house. Luki came across an old painting and saw eyes, real eyes! Looking at him! Then, the guy ran away and Luki was left looking at an eyeless photo. Wilbur freed the Easter Bunny and he told them what had happened. He said “They took me for my eggs with carrots in them, but said it wasn’t enough and they went to steal people's carrots. I tried to break out but it was braided Timothy Hay!"

Then, Wilbur saw footprints and alerted Luki and they followed them together, it led to an old rusted metal door. Wilbur pushed it over and saw… TWO LITTLE HAMSTERS!!! Luki took out his handcuffs and put them on the hamsters and brought them to their jail and the Easter Bunny went "Hippity hoppity, I’m getting out of here!"
